How do I change my size?

Do you need a larger size or prefer something tighter?
You can easily change your size by following the steps:

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Click on the heading 'Memberships' and then on 'Boxer shorts’ or ‘Socks’.
  3. Here you can adjust the size and switch between the Originals and One collection.
  4. Don't forget to save your choice.

Do this before the 25th of the month and you will receive your new size the following month!

How do I change my address?

Are you moving or did you make a mistake with your address details? You can change your address easily and quickly by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account here,
  2. Under 'Memberships' choose the membership you want to change and press 'Address information',
  3. Adjust your address under 'Address details',
  4. Do not forget to save your change.

If you do this before the 1st of the month, you can be sure that your new boxer shorts will be delivered to the correct address.

Did you get the message that your address is already known to us?
Then please contact our Customer Service Department to help you further.

Can I switch between Originals and One?

When you register, you have the option to choose either Originals boxer shorts or One boxer If you want to change your option, you can do this in your account by following then following the instructions below;

  1. Log in to your account here,
  2. Select ‘Memberships’ from the menu and choose the membership you want to adjust,
  3. Select Originals or One boxer shorts and change the size if necessary,
  4. Don't forget to save your choice.

If you do this before the 25th of the month, you will receive your new choice of boxer shorts in the following month.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Don't want to receive e-mails from us? Then you can easily unsubscribe.

At the bottom of the page of the mail you receive, there is a link to unsubscribe. You will then no longer receive offers and other promotions from us.

How can I delete my data?

If you want to have your data permanently removed from our system, please note that you will never be able to participate in ON THAT ASS again.
Furthermore, you can no longer make changes through your account and you lose the right to a 90 days warranty on the delivered products. 
We will disconnect your data and keep the details as described in our privacy statement

You can also choose to temporarily pause or stop your account, so that you can join again at a later time.
To request the deletion of your data, please contact our customer service.

Conditions for deleting your data:

  • All payments must have been made,
  • Your account must be cancelled,
  • You must have received your last delivery. Haven't you received your delivery yet? Then we are happy to solve this for you, click here.
