How can I pause?

Pausing your membership is very simple and can be arranged easily and quickly via your account. There, you can pause your membership from 7 days after registration, these are the shipping days, up to a maximum of six months. You will immediately receive a pause confirmation email with the months of your last payments and deliveries and the chosen start month. 

You can pause in two different ways:
In your account, under 'Memberships', you will see a slider to immediately pause your membership. Here, you can pause for 1, 3 or 6 months. If you do this before the 25th of the month, your break starts immediately. If you do it after the 25th of the month, the next payment and order of the month have already been prepared in your account, so your break will start after that.

Or pause in the following way via your account:

  1. Log in to your account here,
  2. Select 'Memberships’,
  3. Select the correct membership,
  4. Change the 'Membership Status’,
  5. Click on 'I need a break',
  6. Enter a stop and start date, we apply a notice period.


Please note that if you want to pause multiple memberships in your account, you must pause them each separately.

Once your break has ended, your membership will automatically restart. See you then! :)

How can I cancel?

Cancelling your membership is very simple and can be done quickly and easily via your account. There, you can stop your membership 7 days after your registration, these are the shipping days. You will immediately receive a cancellation confirmation e-mail with the months of your last payments and deliveries. 

In an active membership our month’s notice applies. You have the possibility to stop your membership in the trial period to become an active membership. You can do this 7 days after registration. You then have 7 days left to end the membership with immediate effect. After the trial period and in an active membership, we always apply our notice period. 

When cancelling your membership, you select the month in which the last payment will take place. The first possible cancellation month will be shown, according to the notice period. You will receive the corresponding delivery the following month, between the 17th and the 23rd. Your choice will be confirmed by e-mail. The notice period gives you a payment obligation.

Please note that if you wish to cancel several memberships in your account, you must cancel them separately.

  1. Log in to your account here,
  2. Select 'Memberships
  3. Select the correct membership
  4. Change the 'Membership Status
  5. Let us know the reason
  6. Click on 'I want to stop'
  7. Choose your cancellation month.

Is there a notice period?

When you first create an account with ON THAT ASS, we offer a free trial period for the boxer shorts membership. During the 14-day trial period, you can choose to cancel immediately if you do not wish to continue. You can stop your membership after delivery. This will be 7 days after your registration (these are the shipping days). Then you have 7 days left to do this. 

If you have an active membership you can cancel monthly. After the trial period and in an active or extra membership, we always apply a cancellation notice. When cancelling your membership, you select the month in which the last payment is made. The first possible cancellation month will be shown, according to the notice period. You will receive the corresponding delivery the following month, between the 17th and the 23rd. Your choice will be confirmed by e-mail. The notice period gives you a payment obligation.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We do not charge for pausing or cancelling. This is always free of charge and can be arranged quickly and easily via your account. However, we do apply a cancellation notice period. This means you still have a payment obligation before the membership closes.

Please Note: Cancellation with ON THAT ASS can be arranged through your account yourself. Cancelling your membership through third parties incurs costs. If you have had this done by an external company, we recommend you contact them.
