How do I make a return request?

If your boxer shorts are faulty or you have been sent the wrong pair, you can easily request a return via your account. This can be done within the 90-day guarantee period, we will replace them free of charge.

  1. Log in to your account here and check if the correct size is entered in your account.
  2. Select ‘Orders’ from the menu. Here you will see your received boxer shorts.
  3. Click under the correct boxershort on ‘Return request’.
  4. Follow the steps and complete the application.

How do I return my boxer shorts?

Have you made a return request and has it been approved, then you will automatically receive an email from us with the return instructions. You can return the boxer shorts to us, free of charge, as follows:

1. Put the wrong boxer shorts in the same shipping bag that we delivered the new boxer shorts in, ensure that you close it properly.
2. Cross out your address and write "return to sender" on the label. Our address is already on the label.
3.Post the boxer shorts in a normal post box, the shipping is free of charge.

As soon as we have received the returned boxer shorts, we will complete the return request and you will receive a confirmation by email.
The shipping to the Netherland may take a bit longer.
