How do I submit a change request?

If you are faced with a faulty product, production error or wrong delivery, you can easily make a change request in your account.

Should your boxer shorts break within the 90-day guarantee period, we will send you a new one free of charge.

  1. Log in to your account here and check whether the correct size has been entered in your account,
  2. Select 'Orders' in the menu. Here you will see the boxer shorts you have received,
  3. Click on 'request to return' under the correct boxer shorts,
  4. Follow the steps on your screen and complete your request.

How do I return faulty or inferior boxer shorts or socks?

If there is something wrong with your boxer shorts or socks within our 90 day guarantee period, we will exchange them free of charge. Please note that we do not provide a refund. 

Faulty or inferior boxer shorts or socks outside of the 90 day guarantee period will not be subject to an exchange or refund.

If you are within the 90 day guarantee period, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your account here and check whether the correct size has been entered in your account,
  2. Select 'Orders' in the menu. Here you will see the boxer shorts or socks that you have received,
  3. Click on 'request to return' under the correct boxer shorts or socks,
  4. Follow the steps on your screen and complete your request.

Once your exchange request has been approved, you will automatically receive a new pair of boxer shorts or socks. You do not need to return the faulty product to us, but we do ask you to take them to a recycling bin.

How do I return the wrong size boxer shorts or socks?

If you have received the wrong size boxer shorts or socks, you can return them within 90 days. We will exchange them free of charge. Please note that we do not provide a refund. 

We will only accept items that are unworn and in the original package.

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your account here and check whether the correct size has been entered in your account,
  2. Select 'Orders' in the menu. Here you will see the boxer shorts or socks that you have received,
  3. Click on 'request to return' under the correct boxer shorts or socks,
  4. Follow the steps on your screen and complete your request.

Once we have received back the wrong size boxer shorts or socks, we will send you the correct size.

Would you like us to recycle the faulty product for you?

Then you can return them to us as follows, free of charge:

  1. Put the wrong boxer shorts and/or socks in the package of the new one you've received from us and close the package,
  2. Cross out your address and write "return sender" on the label. Our address is already on the label,
  3. Please send the boxer shorts and/or socks back to us via a mailbox in your neighbourhood (do not send them via the post office), this way the return is completely free of charge.

As soon as we receive the faulty product, we will make sure it is recycled.
