1.1 Your ON THAT ASS account will continue monthly until cancelled. Cancellation is done through the account created during registration. During registration you will provide us with a means of payment. Means of payment means a current, valid, accepted means of payment that may be adjusted from time to time. To complete the registration, we ask you to give ON THAT ASS authorisation so that we can link your bank details to your account. In addition, this helps us to prevent fraud. You give us permission to debit the membership fees monthly from your designated payment method, unless you cancel within your trial period.
1.2 You can only choose the design of your first free pair of boxer shorts, this is done during registration. After that, every month you will receive a brand new pair of boxer shorts that you don't know what they look like. You cannot exchange the design of the month for an older ON THAT ASS Originals or ON THAT ASS One boxershort.
The aforementioned conditions also apply to the socks membership, in which the first pair of socks is not free.
Free Trial Period
2.1 Trial Period. Your ON THAT ASS membership begins with a free trial pair of boxers, unless otherwise stated during the registration process. Each (unique) account is entitled to one free trial pair of boxer shorts. A (unique) account consists of a unique email address and unique bank details. Each email address and account number can only be used once. In case of misuse, all remaining boxers for which no membership fee has been paid will be charged.
2.2 Extra membership(s). A User may create up to 10 memberships in their account, consisting of a maximum of 5 boxer shorts memberships and 5 socks memberships. The memberships will be taken with the first debit. These memberships are not entitled to the free trial boxer shorts. If you have 2 or more ON THAT ASS boxer shorts membership, you will receive a 10% discount per order. Simply because we appreciate you being such a fan.
2.3 Sign up. Your free trial period starts from the moment you complete your registration. Before your trial period is over, you will receive an email from us. During the trial period you can cancel your membership with immediate effect. You will then not be included in the next month's debit. After the end of the trial period, we give one month's notice. If your trial period starts after/on the 15th of the month, you will not be included in the debit for the same month. This gives you enough time to try out your boxer shorts.
2.4 ON THAT ASS decides on the basis of the information provided whether someone is eligible for a free trial period and can determine the conditions and duration to prevent abuse of the trial period. If more than one free boxer is received per account, these will be invoiced.
2.5 Membership Fees. We will deduct your monthly membership fees from your designated payment method at the end of your trial period. Unless you cancel your membership before the end of the trial period.
2.6 Notice Period. ON THAT ASS membership will automatically continue after the end of your trial period. During your trial period you can cancel your membership immediately. In case of an active membership you do not have the right to revoke your agreement with us immediately, one month's notice applies.
Debit and cancellation
3.1 Membership fees. The ON THAT ASS membership fee is debited monthly from the payment method linked to your account. Go to our website, log in to your account and go to the 'Bills and Deliveries' section if you wish to view your next debit date or previous bills.
3.2 Bills and deliveries. The membership fees of ON THAT ASS are debited before the boxer shorts are delivered. The debit always takes place on the last working day of the month and the delivery from the 17th of the following month.
3.3 Means of payment. In order to participate in ON THAT ASS, you must provide a valid means of payment. You can view and edit your payment information in the 'Personal Details' section. When using and linking some payment methods, the provider may charge certain costs, such as costs for international transactions or other costs for processing the payment method. For more information, please contact your payment method provider.
3.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your ON THAT ASS membership at any time online through the account you created during registration. After your cancellation, you will still have access to your ON THAT ASS account, where you can reactivate your membership. If you want to cancel, log in to your account and go to the 'Memberships' section, there you select the month in which you want to receive your last delivery. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address that is stored in your account. If you still have an open invoice in your account, it is not possible to cancel.
3.5 Changes to the price and membership conditions. We may change our membership terms and the price of the Service from time to time. Any such changes will be effective 30 days after notice is given.
3.6. Delete data. You may exercise your 'right of access' to any personal data we hold about you. You can change your data and make use of the 'right to rectification'. You can change most of your user data yourself via your account. 4.1 Return. If your boxer shorts or socks break within 90 days (under normal use), we will send you a new product free of charge (you must follow the conditions for making a return request, see 4.2). Your request will be processed within 2 working days. You will be notified by email (the email address you have in your account).
4.2 Conditions. You can only make a return request if you meet the following three conditions:
1. Your boxer shorts and/or socks have arrived not more than 90 days ago,
2. There must be no outstanding invoices,
3. All previous return requests must be completed.
5.1 Reactivation. If you cancel your membership(s), your account will still exist. You can log back in at any time to adjust your user data or reactivate your account. If you reactivate your account, you will be included in the next debit. When reactivating your account you will not receive any free boxer shorts, you already received these when you registered.
5.2 Active member. After reactivating your account you are an active member again. You will then no longer have a probationary period and must adhere to the regular notice period.
5.3 Cancellation. We make sure that you have to go through at least 2 steps to reactivate your account. If you do not wish to reactivate your account, we offer a cancellation period of 2 working days. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
6.1 Discount. If you have 2 or more ON THAT ASS boxer shorts memberships, you will receive a 10% discount per order. Simply because we appreciate you being such a fan.
6.2. Discount on discount. It is not possible to receive more than one additional discount per month in addition to the 10% discount mentioned above. If you have received 2 discounts, the last discount will be applied to the next invoice.
7.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years of age or of legal age in your country to become a member of ON THAT ASS.
7.2 The member who created the ON THAT ASS account and from whose payment information the membership fee is deducted (also called the user) has access to and control over the ON THAT ASS account. The User is responsible for all activities that occur in the account. In addition, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us. We may terminate or temporarily block your account to protect you, ON THAT ASS or our affiliates from identity theft or other unlawful activity.

8.3 Applicable Terms. In the event that any paragraph or section of the Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect. - Ineffective or unenforceable contents of the Terms and Conditions will be adjusted by the Provider in a timely manner.
8.5 Electronic Communications. We will send you information about your account (invoices, password changes, change of payment method, etc.) only in electronic form, i.e., by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us.
